Before returning your Horton product you may wish to review those products covered under warranty. A copy of Horton's warranty policies and all products covered by a warranty can be reviewed by clicking here www.crossbow.com/warrantypolicies.
After reviewing those items covered by warranty, if you wish to return a product to Horton Mfg. so that product can be inspected, repaired if necessary, or replaced, simply complete the form below. Other questions or requests can be submitted to Horton Customer Service Representative using the “Contact Us” on this Web site, or call toll free (800) 551-7468 or by Fax at 330-633-7751. Office hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST Monday – Friday.
After reviewing your request for returning a product you will be notified by email and you will be issued a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA # MUST be on the outside of the box being returned to Horton Mfg and proof of purchase must be included.
TO BE ISSUED AN RMA NUMBER, FILL-IN THE FORM BELOW AND THEN CLICK ON "SEND INFORMATION"
A $25.00 SERVICE FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ANY PRODUCT RETURNED TO HORTON FOR A WARRANTY CLAIM THAT AFTER INSPECTION IS FOUND TO BE FREE OF PRODUCT DEFECT OR POOR WORKMANSHIP.
VERY IMPORTANT -- All returns should be sent UPS Ground to Horton Mfg. after writing the RMA number supplied to you by Horton on the OUTSIDE of the box. Any item received at Horton without a RMA number on the outside of the box will be REFUSED and returned to sender. Ship all products with RMA number written on the outside of the box to:
